About Randi

After more than 30 years in the legal profession and over 21 years with the same Fortune 100 financial services firm, I decided to take on a new adventure and created Ask Randi HR Consulting LLC. This path allows me to call upon my years of experience and broad knowledge and customize my services to suit clients’ diverse needs.

My consulting work is the natural next step for me professionally. I come from a family of attorneys. In 1996 I started law school and worked full-time while going to school at night. I obtained my Juris Doctorate in 2000. In my third year of law school, I started working in financial services as a paralegal in the Employment Law Division. When I graduated, I was offered an Employment Law Attorney position and continued in that role for over 12 years. In late 2012, I transitioned into Human Resources as the Regional Head of HR Policy Compliance and Employee Relations Specialist where I worked until 2020.

My expertise includes: employee coaching and guidance, employee development, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, performance management, record keeping and documentation, reductions-in-force, leave and accommodation management, risk management and much, much more.
